ALDI...

can't say enough good things about my ALDI... Grilled some amazing Tilapia fillets I purchased from there.... have eaten some great Havarti cheese... found a new favorite cereal... oh.. I could go on... I am amazed at this whole new world!! ALDI- WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?? Better asked - where have I been ??? so... totally down with the affordability of this relationship... my wallet is way happy... AND seriously lovin' the company/corporation/whatever you call them... for bucking the system and not spending frivolously in advertising or buccos of plastic bags shoved down my throat at every opportunity... I honestly enjoy taking my own bags/basket in car/packing boxes from products stocked @ ALDI to transport my goodies to my kitchen... I find pleasure in the whole experience... enjoyment in placing my well worn quarter into the cart contraption-thingy or placing it into the hand of a fellow ALDI-er as they bring their cart back up to trade off .... the satisfaction of a sealed experience as I plug my cart back in after unloading my purchases into my car and redeeming my precious... "my pre-cious.."... lovely worn quarter you are. seriously.

buscuits....

so i just finished a post on buscuits... recipe for some from scratch and all... and quite tastey... highlighted to change the font and hit the arrow key once too many times up... so poof... its gone... i'm kind of spent at the moment... really like buscuits, but don't so much like that I couldn't hit a button and make everything re-appear... so ... no recipe for now... stay tuned for the recipe at a later time... when I feel like typing it all over again... not so much at the moment... peace out.
